Alzheimer's Becker's Congress Digital Panels

As a product designer for Lilly, I helped create the Alzheimer's Digital Panels for Becker's Congress, an interactive booth experience that guides attendees through Alzheimer's education.

As users progress through each step and category, they earn blocks that build their personalized pathway, culminating in a conversation with a Lilly representative to develop a concrete implementation plan.

The Problem

Designing the booth meant balancing accessibility, engagement, and education in one physical space. It had to be fully wheelchair accessible for all attendees, while also gamifying the experience so users felt motivated to explore each category, like assessment or diagnosis, and unlock blocks as they learned more about Alzheimer's care.

My team and I designed an inclusive, interactive pathway that rewarded curiosity, guiding attendees step by step through key categories while earning blocks along the way. At the final stage, users were prompted to connect with a Lilly representative to build a personalized prevention care plan, turning education into a clear next action.

Solution and Final Design

My team and I built the experience around Lilly's branding, using their core colors and visual identity to keep the booth cohesive and recognizable. We created an animated prototype to clearly communicate the interaction flow and functionality to our development team, ensuring the gamified pathway and accessibility features translated smoothly from concept to build.

After several rounds of refinement, we got the design approved for distribution, and it was brought to life as a real, interactive touchpad booth at Becker's Convention, a leading U.S. healthcare organization event, giving attendees a hands-on way to learn about Alzheimer's care and connect with Lilly representatives.
